The latest Mountain West rankings are all quite at the top as the first through third spots stay the same, Boise State remains unanimous and Wyoming is now tied with San Diego State for the No. 4 spot. The Mountain Division dominates the poll with five of its teams holding down the first seven spots, and New Mexico comes in at No. 11 and is the divisions lowest ranked team.
The pollsters value winning since Wyoming moved up two spots and despite Fresno State beating a FCS team they moved up three places in the poll. Air Force moved up despite not playing but that likely had to do more of San Jose State and Utah State losing.
Things should become even more clear once conference play picks up this week.
