The Chicago Bears signed linebacker Brian Iwuh to a one-year contract Sunday night. Financial details were not disclosed.
Iwuh has played in 74 games -- four starts -- over the past five seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2006-09) and the Bears (2010). He has posted 80 tackles, three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one sack. Iwuh started one game last season at weakside linebacker for an injured Lance Briggs on October 17 against the Seattle Seahawks and led the Bears with 12 tackles.
