Plenty of hot, barely legal action going on this Saturday in college football. Let's take a look at the games that will be on everyone's radar (and a couple that won't, but should be). All times are eastern:
No. 1 Florida at Kentucky (6 p.m., ESPN2) - Remember what happened the last time a No. 1 team visited Kentucky? The Wildcats won. The Gators will do their best to remain in Championship Mode, without wallowing it's side-effect.
UTEP at No. 2 Texas (3:30 p.m.) - Will the Horns see Good Colt or Bad Colt on Saturday? Probably won't make a difference.
Arkansas at No. 3 Alabama (3:30 p.m., CBS) - Roll Bama Roll and Arkansas Expats get friendly before the unfriendly showdown and the Expats have some helpful tips for any Razorback fans heading into Tuscaloosa.
Iowa at No. 5 Penn State (8 p.m., ABC) - Iowa fans can think of plenty of reasons why they don't stand a chance against the Nittany Lions. The massive White-Out the crowd will be doing won't help matters.
No. 6 Cal at Oregon (3:30 p.m., ABC) - Is Cal for real? They certainly expect to spend Saturday eating up the Ducks. Addicted to Quack and California Golden Blogs size each other in the meantime.
No. 7 LSU at Mississippi State (noon) - LSU might the most over-looked team in the top 10 right now. They've got problems but expect Les Miles to have some solutions. Bulldog and Tiger bloggers talk out the match-up here.
No. 8 Boise State at Bowling Green (7 p.m.) - The highest-ranked non-BCS team for the moment, the Broncos get to know their enemy, Bowling Green, as they enter the "taking care of business" section of their schedule.
No. 9 Miami at No. 11 Virginia Tech (3:30 p.m., ABC) - The only match-up of two ranked teams on the day, this one will have reverberating effects throughout the ACC and the nation when it's over. It's weird to think of Miami as the new-guard and Virginia Tech as the old-guard, but here we are.
Washington State at No. 12 USC (10:15 p.m.)- The media has been having a field day with the Trojans after last week's stunning loss. Washington State is hoping to find the same kinks in the armor Washington did as Matt Barkley returns to the helm for SC.
Illinois at No. 13 Ohio State (3:30 p.m., ABC) - Hail to the Orange wants to make the case for why Illinois will beat Ohio State. They're certainly making enough depth chart adjustments to prove their making the effort.
Fresno State at No. 14 Cincinnati (noon) - Matt Hinton a.k.a. Dr. Saturday doesn't want to alarm you, but he's wondering who, if anyone, is going to beat Cincy from here on out? Fresno State has come close a couple times this year in upset bids, but fallen short both times.
No. 15 TCU at Clemson (3:30 p.m.) - Of all the mid-majors that could end up busting the BCS, TCU has never been the sexy pick. That's all well and good for Horned Frog coach Gary Patterson. If they beat Clemson this week, he won't have much of a choice anymore. Mountain West Connection has the game preview.
Grambling State at No. 16 Oklahoma State (7 p.m.) - The Cowboys must be happy to see Grambling State come to town. They'll need to fatten up for a little bit if they want to work their way back into the Big 12 Championship discussion.
Texas Tech at No. 17 Houston (9:15 p.m., ESPN2) - A year removed from the Red Raiders' Cotton Bowl-ending season, they find themselves facing off against a much-improved Houston team as the roles are reversed.
South Florida at No. 18 Florida State (noon, ESPNU) - Now that Matt Grothe is out for the season, we're going to find out what the Bulls are made of when they take on the Seminoles. FSU fans are wondering why their team is being undervalued after the monster win over BYU last week.
Colorado State at No. 19 BYU (6 p.m.) - Cougar fans are still trying to figure out what happened last week. Now that their BCS hopes seem dashed, BYU will have to focus on the task at-hand ... the Mountain West.
Southern Miss at No. 20 Kansas (noon) - Assuming the KU football team gets back to trying to beat up rival schools and not members of their own, the Jawhawks should be able to hold off the Eagles.
Arizona State at No. 21 Georgia (7 p.m., ESPNU) - The suddenly-high-scoring Bulldogs are quenching their thirst as they await the Sun Devils. ASU is probably glad to get away from their half-empty stadium for a weekend.
No. 22 North Carolina at Georgia Tech (noon) - The ACC Big Picture is slowly but surely getting clearer. This game will go a long way in determining which of these teams is a contender and which is a pretender.
Indiana at No. 23 Michigan (noon, ESPN2) - Big Ten football is here! Mostly! Indiana is undefeated! The Indiana-Michigan series is decidedly one-sided (50-9 UM) and you can expect more of the same this year.
No. 24 Washington at Stanford (9 p.m.) - So is Washington for real? That question will probably be answered better this week than last. If they can avoid the dreaded letdown game, last week's win over USC will be even greater.
LA Lafayette at No. 25 Nebraska (7 p.m.) - Not much to worry about this weekend for Husker fans, except ponder just how long the 47-year sellout streak has been and whether or not they'll impress the recruits in town.
